JUNIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE @ KUALA LUMPUR

Junior Project Executive Job location : Kuala Lumpur Salary : RM 2,700 - RM 4,300 Mission: To drive successful projects by delivering on time, within scope, and on budget, while keeping clients informed and supported. Through clear communication and accurate documentation, the mission is to build trust and ensure every project meets client goals and standards. Responsibilities: - Responsible to ensure accurate billing time frame thru maintain clear and proactive communication with clients - Providing regular project updates, and addressing their needs and challenges in a professional and timely manner - Responsible to ensure smooth end-to-end project execution, from project initiation to project launch within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress and provide timely and accurate project status reporting to clients and internal teams - Understands the business objective and technical requirements of the project and ensures the implementation is compliant to customer processes and applicable regulations - Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled, including what was done, what was achieved, and what could have been done differently - Responsible for ensuring billing/metering, invoicing, payment milestone and operation scope’s details to be communicated to respective department Requirements: - Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP is an added advantage - Understanding of Gantt Chart and related project methodologies - Familiar with IT technical jargon especially in servers, storage, networking and enterprise software - Working hours: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, Monday to Friday. OT will be required if needed - Proficient in speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Minimum possess Diploma (or equivalent) or Certification in business admin, human resource or related qualifications. - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years for Junior roles and more than 3 years for Senior roles in Project Management. - Familiarity with IT technical jargon especially in servers, storage, networking and enterprise software. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (at least with enthusiasm and willingness to learn)
