Job Requirements: - Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or related field. Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or a similar role, typically 2-4 years of experience. - Skills: Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, or CorelDRAW. Strong Artistic and Creative Skills: Ability to conceptualize and create visually compelling designs and illustrations. - Understanding of Design Principles: Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and visual composition. - Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in designing, editing, and finalizing graphics. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-Solving: Strong ability to understand design challenges and find creative solutions. - Communication: Clear communication skills to understand client needs and present design concepts. - 3D Modeling or Animation Skills (Optional): Some positions may require proficiency in 3D modeling or animation software like Blender, Maya, or After Effects.
