Product and Development

Responsibilities: Identify market need: Identify a problem and create a product to solve that problem by talking to customers, completing survey and using market research. Quantify the need: Determine the problem is large enough to warrant a product-based solutions. Conceptualize the product: Apply creativity and innovation to figure out whether the product could be the solution. Validate the solution: Test whether the solution product is viable, worth pursuing and liked by the target users. Build a roadmap: Identify goals and themes for development and solve the most important challenges to legitimize the product concept. Develop the product: Product had enough function to meet customer’s purpose. Release to users: Conduct experiments, test price sensitivity, find marketing channels and developing packaging. On going feedback: Collect customer feedback. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Economic, Finance or a related field. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field especially in corporate strategic planning, business analytic, finance and accounting. Preferable candidates with strong analytical/problem solving skills, significant experience working with financial models, and superior writing and presentation skills. Required Skills: Financial Analysis, Risk Management, Market & Industry Knowledge and Report Writing. Able to travel whenever required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Native Speaker in Mandarin as this role required to communicate with HQ colleagues who speak and write in Mandarin.
