QAQC Engineer

1. Abide the Top Management's instructions. 2. Comply with company IMS requirement. Ensuring delivery of value to company and clients. 3. Execute & monitor the quality assurance and quality control of work task like steel structure activities-new design, fabrication, installation & repair (conveyor system, boiler structure, boiler support & spring hanger, coal yard & stack reclaimer) in type of power plants. 4. Lead and responsible for the freelance QC (if applicable) 5. Accountable for the full spectrum project and site related matters. 6. Ensure the team meets the departmental goals of efficiency and clients' satisfaction. 7 Coordinate with interrelated department to ensure smooth work execution. 8. Rerform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works. 9. Prepare QA/QC report, to update latest WPS, welder qualification 10. Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan. 11. Providing technical advice in plant service activity like tube repair and replacement, steam line piping, high pressure valves 12. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, NDT Sub Contractor procedure review
