FINAL INSPECTION ENGINEER, QM

• Oversee and coordinate daily Final Inspection activities for in-process and outgoing quality assurance. • Supervise and train Final Inspection inspectors and supervisors to ensure effective task execution. • Plan and optimize manpower allocation to meet inspection requirement efficiently. • Update and communicate quality criteria, standards and checklists to supervisors and team members. • Act on defect feedback from supervisors and lead Forst Time Defect Rate (FTDR) meetings, including maintaining meeting minutes. • Review and verify Final Inspection quality reports and documents including Straight Pass Rate and First Time Defect Rate. • Ensure all Inspection, Measuring, Test Equipment (IMTE) are calibrated and verified as per schedule. • Ensure all inspection standards are up-to-date and ready before Pilot Production starts. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
