Operational/Professional/Business: • Support the maintenance, upgrade, and deployment of all current and new POSM and permanent furniture in line with BAT GTR’s brand building agenda. • Support development & deployment of Multicat & Single Cat toolkit • Support the management of the allocated budget, ensuring the effective and efficient use of all marketing spend in the most relevant way. • Responsible for all Furniture PO and Invoice Processing • Acts as the PIC for all Furniture Vendors • Ensures compliance of all furniture contract creation and management Management, Leadership & Relationships • Effective stakeholders’ engagement with Brand Team, Finance Team, Trade & Senior Leadership • Leadership of local and remotely based teams as well as agencies and GFF staff. • Drive understanding, two-way communication, and buy-in of travel retail activities & strategies with relevant internal business stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with GTR cross functional team members to optimize business performance. • Ensure GTR governance and policies obligations are met. • Build a solid and sustainable succession pool. CONTEXTUAL INFORMATION Context / Environment: • Our Global Travel Retail (GTR) business unit is responsible for managing and distributing BAT brands to GTR channels. The GTR business has a unique channel for true global brand building and has customer base around the world. • GTR is highly competitive, sophisticated and rapidly changing. The trading environment operates world-wide through several defined trade channels and global key accounts. • The operating model is based on key accounts to deliver its volumes and customers are primarily large global conglomerates with monopolistic powers in the channels in which they operate. • The business unit is truly multi-category in nicotine with SKUs across cigarettes, OTP, and New Categories. • As BAT’s only truly global business unit, it is heavily dependent on the flawless execution of strategy deployment across the world in the travel retail channel. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: • Qualification in Marketing • Experience in Trade Marketing or related field are beneficial • Project management skills are desired • Strong communication skills • Ability to multitask and learn on the job in a fast-paced environment • Financial acumen is beneficial • Ability to influence stakeholders, both locally and remotely located, across geographies and time zones • Written and spoken fluency in English (proficiency in another language is desirable not essential) • Willingness to travel as and when needed by the business Key Success Factors: • Delivering of business Volume, value & business performance matrix. • Team management & leadership
