Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur Job Responsibilities: 1. ISO 9001 Compliance and Quality Management Policies: Develop and update quality management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and industry standards. 2. Performance Review System Design & Implementation: Work with department heads to design performance appraisals, set measurable KPIs, and implement feedback mechanisms to drive accountability and a high-performance culture. 3. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change management plans. 4. HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support the company’s long-term business objectives. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting : Generate reports on HR metrics, including performance scores, employee engagement, and turnover rates, to inform strategic decisions. 6. Policy Review and Compliance: Ensure that HR and performance review policies comply with local labor laws and industry best practices. 7. Stakeholder Collaboration : Provide training for managers and supervisors on conducting effective performance appraisals. 8. Technology and Tools Management: Evaluate and recommend software tools for performance management and HR analytics. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in HR strategy development and performance management. • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency with HRIS and performance management software. • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels. 工作职责: 1.
