Job Responsibilities : 1) Stock control by running an inventory availability check to confirm whether the concerned products is present at the source (Warehouse) or otherwise 2) Issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices 3) Maintaining office systems including data management and filing 4) Manage daily incoming calls and outgoing documents 5) Keeping records of customer feedback and complaints 6) Ensure all documents are kept and controlled 7) Receiving and directing visitors 8) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time Job Requirements : 1) Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent 2) Possess working experience, preferably in environment handling and preparing delivery orders and invoices 3) Dynamic, meticulous, self motivated, Good team Player and fast learner 4) Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently 5) Required languages : English & Bahasa Malaysia
