ENHANCES ORGANISATION’S HUMAN RESOURCES
- Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly in relation to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning;
- Recommending new organisation structures to meet organisation’s objectives and goals;
- Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing human resources policies and procedures;
- Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
SUSTAINS COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGES
- Analysing trends in compensation and benefits; researching and proposing competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent; and
- Managing the payroll function.
IMPROVES EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
- Conducting new employee orientations;
- Overseeing exit interviews;
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement; and
- Developing morale-building programs.
MONITORS & MANAGES EMPLOYEES PRODUCTIVITY & PERFORMANCE
- Communicating job expectations;
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising employee work results by:
- a. recommending best strategies to appraise employee productivity & performance;
- b. training managers to set KPI, monitor and coach employees;
- c. assisting supervisors in managing poor performers; and
- d. counseling poor performing employees.
MANAGES TALENT DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
- Creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
PROVIDES SUPPORT TO ALL DIVISIONS ON EMPLOYEES DISCIPLINARY ISSUES
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations;
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace discsiplinary issues; and
- Briefing all division on employees disciplinary procedures, where necessary.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Able to speak in Mandarin
