- Timely handle and follow up the online customer consultation.
- Provide excellent online customer service.
- Establish good relationship with online customers and keep confidential information.
- Assist the daily operation management of the department.
- Process customer reports and validate customer records to ensure there are no error messages
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
- A must to speak and write in Mandarin language
- Preferably years of working experience in the related field
- Cheerful, energetic, diligent, studious and upright
- Able to work 24 hours shift
