- Assist in performing employees attendance
- Handling employees payroll
- Handling employees recruitment
- Assist in handling employees leave
- Handing all building office administration
- Handling pantry purchase
- Handling administration on payment
- Assist in preparing all HR letters
- Assist in employee performance appraisal
- Assist in employees occasional celebration
- Assist in maintaining HRIS data accurately and updated at all times
- Handling the documents collection, sending and any courier service
- Any other add hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin - pass
- Must be able to speak MANDARIN
- Min SPM with 1 year admin working experience, or
- Min Diploma in any field with/without any admin experience, or
- Degree Holder in any field with/without any admin experience
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- A responsible, not hot-tempered, punctual, willing to do person
- Able to work as a team
- Able to work under min supervision
- Must be a computer literature-Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
