Tasks & responsibilitiesJob Scope:
Handle calls, emails, visitors, and appointments.Update student records and databases.Supervise and assist students when needed.Manage documents, data entry, and filing.Maintain office equipment and facilities.Support other tasks as assigned.Review Invoices and transactions billedBank reconciliation
Qualifications & experience- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Candidates must possess with SPM/STPM/UEC Cert/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Corporate Administration or equivalent;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; and
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to monitor deadlines.
