- Assist in administrative work and office maintenance, including but not limited to upkeep of a healthy working environment, receiving courier documents and guests.
- Written communication including but not limited to drafting of documents or letter for internal &/or external parties.
- Liaison with authority and certification body.
- Assist in day-to-day procurement support activities for selected trade products, services and office supplies.
- Assist in staff affairs management i.e. processing staff attendance, claims, and other HR related affairs as and when required.
- Assist in finance and accounts related affairs.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, take meeting minutes, and coordinate company events/ travel arrangements.
- Assist Management in any ad hoc matters as and when assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- At least 1 years working experience in secretarial or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
- Able to communicate with English averagely.
- Posses own transport.
