Sales Support Engineer (Pre-Sales)

Design & Optimization:

• Design and optimize advanced solar power solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Ensure the highest standards of energy efficiency and performance.

  Site Surveys & Feasibility Studies:

  • Conduct in-depth site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Identify and address specific challenges in solar system installations.

    Technical Proposals:

    • Assist in preparing and delivering technical proposals, system designs, drawings, and performance simulations.

      Regulatory Compliance:

      • Ensure all system designs comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

        Cross-Functional Collaboration:

        • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver integrated, technically sound solutions.
        • Respond effectively to client needs during the proposal phase.

          Client Support:

          • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
          • Address issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize system performance.

            Continuous Improvement:

            • Provide insights and feedback to improve design processes and enhance customer experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our innovative team.

  Qualifications & Experience

  Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Diploma holders with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.

    Certifications:

    • Certification as a PV Solar Designer or other relevant technical certifications is an advantage.

      Experience:

      • 1–3 years in solar system design, project coordination, or technical support roles (preferred).
      • Engineers with experience in other technical fields may also be considered.

        Technical Expertise:

        • Proficient in PVsyst, AutoCAD, and other design/simulation software tools for creating precise designs.
