- Generate and present regular reports on operational performance, focusing on key metrics and KPIs.
- Support the creation of dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor ongoing operations.
Excel & Data Management:- Utilize Excel for creating reports, data models, and conducting financial or operational analyses.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for operational data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Marketing & E-Commerce Support:- Assist in analyzing marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and e-commerce performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Help optimize digital content, promotions, and product listings for improved sales and customer engagement.
Customer Service Support:
Educational Background:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting; ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to focus on numbers and ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles is a plus.
Experience:- Previous internship or work experience in operations, marketing, e-commerce, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
