Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
    • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting; ability to interpret and present data clearly.
    • Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to focus on numbers and ensure data accuracy.
    • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Basic knowledge of customer service principles is a plus.

      Experience:

      • Previous internship or work experience in operations, marketing, e-commerce, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
