Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities: Using cold calling, events, and other prospecting methods to find new prospects and potential clients
- Engaging with new customers: Representing the company and engaging with new prospective customers
- Answering calls: Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Follow up on previous customers for potential sales and maintaining records of customer contacts.
- Resolving customer issues: Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Maintain detailed records and document sales efforts
- Carry out administrative duties such as filling, copying, binding, scanning and etc.
- Stay informed about industry trends and our product offerings.
- Assist any ad hock tasks from superior.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferable in event and exhibition industry
- Fresh graduate or intern are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
