  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

IQUARTZ SDN. BHD. seeks a SURFACE GRINDING MOULD EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identifying materials that are suitable for creating marble mould depending on the type of product being manufactured. • Conduct mould trials to ensure that the design functions as intended and produces parts that meet quality standards • Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials for precise fabrication • Sets up and operates surface grinding machines with horizontal or vertical spindle and reciprocating or rotating table to grind flat or contoured surfaces of metal workpieces, like tool, die, and machine parts, usually for limited runs, analyzing specifications selecting tooling according to knowledge of surface grinding procedures. • Studies blueprint or layout on workpiece to visualize grinding to be done plans sequence of operations. • Positions secures workpiece on magnetic chuck, in holding fixture, or directly to machine table. • Selects grinding wheel, grinding speeds, and feed rates for each operation according to knowledge of metal properties abrasives, and mounts wheel on spindle. • Verifies dimensions of ground workpiece for conformance to specifications, using such measuring instruments as micrometres, comparators, dial indicators, gauge blocks, and load test equipment. • May dress grinding wheel to specified profile for contour grinding, using special fixtures tools.
