DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team or department to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. 2. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of supervisors or workers, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures. 3. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload. 4. Monitor daily operations to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. 5. Ensure that production targets are met and that any operational issues are addressed promptly. 6. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that products or services meet the required standards. 7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. 8. Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment. 9. Conduct safety training sessions and address any safety concerns or incidents. 10. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity. 11. Address and resolve any operational or personnel issues that arise 12. Act as a point of contact for staff to report problems or concerns and provide appropriate solutions. 13. Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, including production metrics, quality issues, and safety compliance. 14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous improvement in operations. REQUIREMENTS -Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management), OR a minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. -Proven experience in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Knowledge of quality control methods, safety regulations, and operational procedures. - Mandarin speaking as clients are from China -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
