Responsible for the overall contract administration and documentation including preparation and analyzing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Negotiating and preparing contract documents, including tender and contract variations. Monitoring and controlling project costs, including the site measurement, provide accurate and timely valuation of works as well as preparation of contractual documents such as progress claims, payment certificates, variation of contract works, final accounts, etc. Ensure compliance of construction practices to all relevant legal requirements and quality assurance regulations. To maintain a proper and systematic filing of all documents and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval. Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
