Account & Admin Executive
• In charge of the Company accounting day to day, tax, statutory, and various administrative related duties & transactions
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping
• Prepare monthly financial report, cash flow report, financial performance analysis, and other related documents. Assist the management in preparing annual financial budget, each project budget, and other reports and presentations
• Update timely the complete accounting functions of the Company including AP, AR, Journal etc.
• Prepare purchase order and payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques etc.)
• In charge of Human Resources related work for the Company
• Manage day to day office administration work and duties
• Perform other assignments and tasks as and whenever requested by the Company’s management.
• A bachelor’s degree, or college diploma in Business, Accounting OR its equivalent
• Possess a minimum of 2 years working experience
• Freshly graduate students are also encouraged to apply for this position
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
