- In charge of the Company accounting day to day, tax, statutory, and various administrative related duties & transactions
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping
- Prepare monthly financial report, cash flow report, financial performance analysis, and other related documents. Assist the management in preparing annual financial budget, each project budget, and other reports and presentations
- Update timely the complete accounting functions of the Company including AP, AR, Journal etc.
- Prepare purchase order and payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques etc.)
- In charge of Human Resources related work for the Company
- Manage day to day office administration work and duties
- Perform other assignments and tasks as and whenever requested by the Company’s management.
- A Bachelor’s Degree, or College Diploma in Business, Accounting OR its equivalent
- Freshly graduate students are also encouraged to apply for this position
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
