  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

  • Develop the system definition, prepare all necessary testing & commissioning procedures and handover & acceptance criteria to be included in the Commissioning Manual
  • Plan, organize and coordinate testing and commissioning work at sites.
  • Planning and coordinating project management tasks.
  • Steward project implementation and resolve issues timely.
  • Shall be responsible for onshore fabrication and offshore execution in accordance with the COMPANYs Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Shall be responsible to implement HSSE Plan and PQA Plan.
  • Shall review all Workpacks and ensure all construction methods and resources are sufficient and available.
  • Shall report to COMPANY on daily basis on any HSSE issues, progress and work spread utilization.
  • Shall maintain the lists of Tools and Equipment onboard especially lifting gears, isolation materials and scaffolds.
  • Shall participate in COMPANY constructability, HAZID review, IPOP, risk assessment and meeting.
  • Shall participate in Post Project Critique (PPC) and After-Action Review (AAR).

Requirement

  • Minimum with Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with 8 years in similar capacity / relevant for QC Lead
  • Construction, hook up and commissioning of oil and gas projects.
  • Developing commissioning procedures
  • Planning, coordinating and executing oil and gas projects.
  • Shall have a proven record in project management and contract management.
  • Relevant experience in offshore topside maintenance and Brownfield for Topside Facilities.
  • Relevant experience in greenfield topside HUC
  • Highly skilled in troubleshooting start-up issues
  • Be conversant on COMPANY guidelines and standards related to commissioning
  • Familiar with ASME, design codes and standards, oil and gas industry construction practices.
  • Familiar with HSSE and Quality management of work sites in oil and gas industry preferred.
  • Member of BEM is preferred.
  • Committed in HSSE and demonstrate leadership.
  • Conversant with Malaysian statutory regulations.
  • Conversant with COMPANYs specifications, codes and procedures.
  • Have good knowledge in construction methodology and hazards, workpack and jobcard system.
  • Knowledgeable in accident reporting and the investigation process.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
