Job Summary:
- As a Project Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, cultivating partnerships and ensuring the successful implementation of project-based solutions for our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive project sales.
- Proactively identify potential project opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their specific project needs and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A sales enthusiast with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in project-based sales or business development (construction/design/building materials industry preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is highly advantageous.
