QMS Engineer

1.0 Responsibilities  Analysis of QMS data to support Management Review process.  Identify systemic QMS issues, risks & negative trends  Audit and administer CAPA and Audit management processes.  Establish correlation between QMS performance & outgoing quality trends.  Provide input and other related support to the management review process.  Maintain QMS procedures ensuring alignment with ISO9001 & Fastrain business requirements.  Ability to investigate and analyse technical and regulatory issues.  Identify quality system issues and recommend / implement corrective and preventative actions.  Act in the capacity of an internal auditor for the Quality Management System.  Ability to process CA or PA from audit findings and track issues for closure.  Track progress of follow-up items from Internal audit reports, Management Review,  Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (8D) and other continuous improvement projects.  Support and/or coordinate process improvement projects and assure coordination with other functions as well as compliance with regulatory, customer and company quality requirements.  Lead for ISO Certification program.  May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 2.0 Job Requirement  College degree and above; BS/BE/BA degree  7 years working experience in manufacturing & quality assurance.  Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, ANSI/ESD S20.20  Experience in quality analysis, problem solving, and project management and customer audit  Added advantage: IRCA (Certified lead auditor)  Working independently and ability to set-up Quality management system and dealing with certification body.  Working independently and with minimum supervisions.  Show strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent result.  Stay enthusiasm and efficient under pressure.
