We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring the proper use of NL Scientific testing equipment, and driving customer satisfaction. 1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. o Diploma in Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline may be acceptable, depending on experience. o Additional certifications or technical training in specific equipment or technologies related to the company’s products (e.g., calibration, test standards, software, etc.) will be advantageous. 2. Experienced in Civil engineering material testing will be added advantage 3. Willingness to travel when necessary for on-site training, installations, or demonstration (sometimes on short notice) 4. Software and Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating manual and technical reports. o Experience in any remote desktop software (e.g. Anydesk, TeamViewer, UltraViewer) for remote customer assistance. 5. Required language(s): Fluent speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia as you required to deal with local and international clients. 6.
