    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver accurate technical specifications, product details, and solution recommendations for prospective clients.

      3. Amend Manual Instructions According to Standard Reference and Machine Guidelines:

      • Review, revise, and update the technical manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for NL Scientific equipment and machines to ensure accuracy and alignment with the latest machine guidelines and industry standards.

        4. Provide Machine Demonstrations for Potential Clients:

        • Conduct live demonstrations of NL Scientific machines for potential clients, showcasing the capabilities, features, and benefits of the equipment.

          5. Conduct In-House and On-Site Training for NL Scientific Products:

          • Organize and deliver both in-house and on-site training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of NL Scientific testing equipment and machines.

            6. Conduct Material Testing for Client Samples for Sales Inquiries:

            • Perform material testing on client samples using NL Scientific testing equipment to demonstrate the machine’s capabilities and assist with sales inquiries.

              7. Conduct Machine Calibration When Necessary:

              • Ensure that testing machines and equipment are calibrated to meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

                8. Ad-Hoc Tasks:

                • Perform other duties and tasks as required by the business, such as assisting with product development, new product testing and commissioning, and helping with logistics or inventory management for equipment and spare parts.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring the proper use of NL Scientific testing equipment, and driving customer satisfaction.

1. Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. o Diploma in Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline may be acceptable, depending on experience. o Additional certifications or technical training in specific equipment or technologies related to the company’s products (e.g., calibration, test standards, software, etc.) will be advantageous.

2. Experienced in Civil engineering material testing will be added advantage

3. Willingness to travel when necessary for on-site training, installations, or demonstration (sometimes on short notice)

4. Software and Computer Skills:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating manual and technical reports. o Experience in any remote desktop software (e.g. Anydesk, TeamViewer, UltraViewer) for remote customer assistance.

5. Required language(s):

Fluent speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia as you required to deal with local and international clients.

6. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply for the position.
