Operation Executive

Job Scope - Support LPS Operation Overall Mydin Branches by reducing stock loss. - Attend and advice on Loss Prevention & Security matters. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -To provide guidance to Security team on security matters for all branches and advice of each branches LPS on our S.O.P / S.O.G. - To Assist LPS Manager to drive Branch LPS Department and MySoc to achieve Grade “A” in compliance. -To Assist LPS Manager Organize / set up visitation team on quarterly basis (East Malaysia twice a year) to visit branches, ensure following and comply with the HQ LPS requirement for smooth operation and brief upon the finding for further action to be taken. - To ensure MySoc in charge & HQ LPS Admin submit related reports with standard formats within the time frame given. - Assist to review outsources performance at branches in monthly basis level based on quarterly KPI meeting.
