BIM MODELLER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D BIM Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of elevation drawings, CAD files, and building information materials (BIM) provided by the architect. This role will require a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in BIM tools, and the ability to amend 3D models, apply textures and materials, and prepare files for use by other 3D artists for rendering. Model Review & Validation: Cross-check and verify all elevation drawings, CAD files, and BIM data from architects and engineers to ensure consistency and accuracy. Ensure that 3D models align with all provided architectural and engineering information. 3D Model Amendments: Make amendments and updates to the 3D models based on the latest architectural and construction documentation. Refine and enhance the model as necessary, ensuring it meets the project specifications. Texture & Material Application: Apply accurate textures and materials to the 3D models to reflect the final design intent. Ensure that textures and materials are applied in a way that aligns with industry standards and aesthetic quality for rendering purposes. File Export & Preparation: Export completed 3D models to other 3D format ( FBX etc..), ensuring that files are compatible and optimized for use by other 3D artists for rendering. Maintain a clear and organized file structure to ensure smooth workflows between team members. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other 3D artists to ensure the design and model integrity. Provide technical support for 3D rendering teams, ensuring that all necessary data is provided in the correct formats. Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on all models, ensuring they meet the standards for accuracy, consistency, and visual quality. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the 3D model or file formats.
