Position Title: Admin Assistant Location: 47301, Petaling Jaya Tenure: Permanent role Remuneration: Basic + Benefits • Training will be provided • Walking distance to Kelana Jaya LRT station • Young and Dynamic environment • Attractive remuneration package • Career Growth • Company Panel Doctor • Personal Accident Insurance Coverage Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. • Maintain and update files, records, and databases accurately and in a timely manner. • Coordinate and support the implementation of office procedures, systems, and policies. • Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and prioritize them appropriately. • Assist in preparing and monitoring service report, monthly service schedule, quotation, agreement and invoices. • Handle basic daily accounting operations and transactions. • Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and smooth communication. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion. • Support the organization with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements: • Prefer those with 1 year relevant experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply too. • At least SPM / STPM / Sijil or Certificate in Finance/ Accounting/ Business or equivalent. • Must be possess own transport and willing to work in Petaling Jaya. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (SQL,QNE, SAP) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work. • Strong work ethic and reliability.
