Job description Job definition: Business Development Manager for Financial Services Industry and will be responsible for the account management of the existing accounts (customers) and f inding new sales accounts. Business Development Manager have the important role on developing long relationship with customer and researching new opportunities and create the success for both customer and Client Purpose: Helping Client to plan in developing the business with existing accounts and new accounts to generate sales, negotiate with customer, and help to increase the revenue growth and improve profitability Objective: Successfully plan and generating sales pipelines Background: Having knowledge in account management and financial services industry is preferable Main Responsibility Areas : Represents the Client in customer and prospect-facing communication Seek out the appropriate contact in customer’s organization Meet with customer face to face or over the online meeting Confidently present Client and conducting the product presentation Identify new business in customer and help to develop the business growth Understand customer’s requirement and customer’s roadmap and to respond positively with client product information and timely manner Involve in the RFI and RFP process (tender) and ensure customer’s requirement are met Collaborate with internal division (presales, delivery and legal) to ensure the requirements are well communicated Supporting contract negotiation process and signing contract Maintaining collection with customers to ensure the payment terms are achievable Attend and/or creating event to improve networking within Financial Services Industry Keep the knowledge updates on client product updates and evolution, customers, partners and competitors, global market trend, local and Asia market situation Able to talk with diAerent audiences including C-level, appropriately adjust technical content to meet diAerent audience knowledge and interest, and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels. Manage any activities related to the accounts, from pre-sales, sales, project, and support activities and act as the ‘go-to’ person from customer perspective Ensure client satisfactory level is met, develop and maintain relationships with prospect and existing customers and business partners Create, drive, and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company's targets Recommend improvement in material or solution or process for the good of the company and or client.
