Position : Software & Apps Tester (Senior) - Mandarin Speaking & Reading candidates are preferred Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,000 Description : We are seeking an experienced Software & Apps Tester to join our dynamic team within the Computer Software industry. The Software & Apps Tester will utilize both manual and automated testing methods to assess functionality, usability, and compatibility across various platforms and devices. Additionally, the tester will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and reports that effectively communicate the state of software quality to the team. Responsibilities : * Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements. * Identify, record, and verify defects in a clear and concise manner. * Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and clarify requirements. * Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on software applications. * Participate in the planning and estimation of testing activities in product development cycles. * Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results for future reference. * Provide feedback on software usability and performance to enhance user experience. Requirements : * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies with at least 2 years. * Strong knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Experience with bug tracking software and test management tools. * A minimum of 2 years of experience in market research is required. * Mandarin-speaking & reading candidates are preferred, as the role requires communication.
