B Compliance Management • Ensure all products meet regulatory and industry compliance requirements. • Liaise with certification bodies (e.g., SIRIM) for compliance certifications. C Continuous Improvement • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality. • Implement tools like FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma for quality optimization. D Supplier Quality Assurance • Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. • Work with suppliers to address quality-related concerns. E Customer Feedback and Issue Resolution • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with the warranty team to address recurring issues. F Team Training and Leadership • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures. • Promote a quality-driven culture within the organization.
