- Full responsible for office maintenance related works
- Procurement related activities (sourcing Quotations for office related expenses)
- Assist in travel arrangement for internal and external SIG MY employees
- Assist to coordinate in expatriate annual visa renewal & Professional Pass Application
- Assist in organizing company event
- Assist in Ad-Hoc tasks as required
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Microsoft Power Point & Excel
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge to achieve work goals
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
