  • Assist in travel arrangement for internal and external SIG MY employees
  • Assist to coordinate in expatriate annual visa renewal & Professional Pass Application
  • Assist in organizing company event
  • Assist in Ad-Hoc tasks as required
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Microsoft Power Point & Excel
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge to achieve work goals
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
