Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
    • Introduce, explain, and promote products or services to new customers.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Engage customers with persuasive communication, addressing queries, and overcoming objections.
    • Understand customer needs to tailor the pitch and suggest relevant products or services.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
    • Report on performance, providing insights into challenges and potential improvements.
  • Customer Feedback Collection:
    • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings or sales strategies.
    • Handle customer objections and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Compliance & Quality Control:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards during calls.
    • Follow scripts or guidelines while maintaining flexibility for customer-specific needs.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    * Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in telemarketing, preferably in sales (experience in renewable energy or solar energy is an added advantage ).
    * Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
    * Customer-Focused: Enthusiastic and empathetic approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
    * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems or willingness to quickly learn product specifications and benefits (will be an added advantage)


    Compensation Structure:
    Base Salary: Competitive monthly base salary (varies based on experience)
    Commission: Uncapped commission based on successful sales closures, appointment bookings, or leads converted.
    Incentives: Additional bonuses or rewards for top performers, meeting sales targets, or exceeding performance goals.
