  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and that amenities are in place to meet guest expectations.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues (e.g., faulty fixtures, wear and tear) to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
  • Evaluate the performance of housekeeping, front desk, and other operational staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and proper execution of daily tasks.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff, reinforcing quality standards, service etiquette, and team alignment with the hotel’s guest service goals.
  • Compile monthly quality reports, summarizing unit conditions, staff performance, and any areas requiring attention for the QA/QC Manager.
  • Assist in developing new quality assurance processes or updating existing protocols to maintain high standards as guest expectations evolve.
  • Fluency in Chinese & English (speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Possess driving license
  • More than one year of QAQC experience in hotel management industry is a plus
