About the Role
In line with the Company Strategy/Operating Plan, to manage and oversee the development and execution of the public cloud support for the AUNPP product/service in close collaboration with the current (and only) Product Owner on the product.As second Product Owner of the AUNNP product, part of the Alliance Interfaces tribe, you are responsible for defining, producing, releasing and maintaining business critical software deliverables to serve our worldwide customer base. More specifically you will take the lead on the public cloud support of the service whereby you bring in your technical lead skills to define a clear prioritised roadmap and execute on it with the squad members. You closely collaborate with the squad, the other product owner (working as a "tandem" of Product Owners), the customers of our product to understand the customer needs. You are responsible for defining and prioritizing functional and non-functional requirements (user stories) in the squad backlog, you accept requirements (user stories) as completed and act as owner of technical product escalations.

Experience
At least 8+ years of relevant experience in the following areas or a combination of those; product owner, IT technical lead, senior business analyst, developer, development manager, delivery manager in a Banking/Telecom/IT/ICT environment (not exhaustive).
Key Responsibilities
Develop a product vision, more specifically around the public cloud support of the product, and synchronize it with Tribe leadership and the other Product Owners in the On-Premises cluster.
Scope the minimum viable product (MVP) taking into account existing resource constraints and sustained development of the product.
Act as owner of technical / product escalation
Act as an ambassador of your squad towards both the internal stakeholders as well as the customers
Interact and collaborate with the ANP customer of the squad to understand the customer needs related to the products / solutions provided by the squad.
Define commercial and technical product specification, including performance / compliance / security requirements.
Make sure the product adheres to the highest quality standards, including releasing security patches not linked to customers.
Build the squad backlog in terms of user stories, prioritize its items to achieve business goals and continuously keep the backlog up to date
Participate in all related product meetings like sprint planning, squad & product backlog refinement meetings and planning of the cluster meetings and deliverables.
Accept sprint results in sprint review meetings.
Take the lead for your squad and participate in the preparation for the quarterly held tribe ceremonies: Quarterly Business Review, Big Room Planning and Objective and Key Result definition to reaffirm priorities and clarify the requirements.
Interact with other squads of the On-Premises cluster as part of squad synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks and activities
Monitor overall squad performance and issue performance report
Participate in squad development: responsible for defining the set of necessary competencies in the squad, in cooperation with the chapter leads; support chapter leads in determining the resource allocation; provide regular feedback on squad members’ performance.

Work description
The Product Owner responsibilities will include ensuring close collaboration and coordination with the second Product Owner on the product. Ideal candidates will process technical proficiency, particularly with public cloud technologies, swift messaging, and have the capability to support a large demanding customer with operational excellence and customer centricity mindset. They should also prioritize delivering a managed solution that offers worry-free operation for the customer, shielding them from technical complexities.
You will be the product owner of a part of the AUNPP squad which will focus on the delivery of the public cloud support for the product.
