1) Responsible in sourcing, reviewing, analyzing quotation and negotiating with Supplier for the right cost. 2) Control and monitoring of all purchase items for customer project to ensure targeted period achieved. 3) Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records 4) To liaise with suppliers for right goods delivery on time & to respective location. 5) Ensuring all material items are meeting the required quality standards and specifications 6) Work closely with the operation team, sales and inventory control at maximum efficiency. 7) Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, pricing, timelines and others 8) Monitor Suppliers Management and required documentations such as NDA, Purchase Agreement & AVL 9) Review, develop and execute procurement procedures; ensure procurement practices are complied with relevant guidelines and procedures 10) To support & maintain ISO Supplier System and Yearly Supplier Review reports. 11) Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure procurement practices had been carried out efficiently, cost effective and transparent 12) To liaise with account department with regarding to all suppliers’ invoicing and payment issues. 13) To support on chemical & schedule waste management system including the selection of collector, collector performance & schedule collection, inventory control, and etc.
