  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Office Location: Penang, Malaysia Join our dynamic team with opportunities to work on Singapore and international projects. *Job Responsibilities:* - Prepare and coordinate drawings and BIM models for design development, local authority submission, tender and construction using BIM applications, tools and techniques. - Integrate BIM processes into design workflows, ensuring compliance with office standards, industry standards and best practices. - Provide technical support as a BIM Modeller or drafter, contributing to project delivery and team capability. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software developments and industry trends to enhance project delivery and team capability. - Understand and interpret 2D architectural and engineering drawings; identify discrepancies, highlight issues and report clashes to the team for resolution. - Manage and organize the drawing filing system in line with company standards. - Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. *Job Qualifications and Experience:* - Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or a related field. - Preferably at least 2 years of experience in architectural modelling or drafting. - Skilled in BIM software such as Graphisoft ArchiCAD and its related tools, including Teamwork, BIMx, and BIMcloud. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings; proficient in preparing technical drawings and construction details. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - A responsible team player with excellent collaboration skills. - Possesses a growth mindset and motivation to learn and acquire new skills. *Benefits:* - 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday). - Medical benefits. - Access to internal and external training programs. - Opportunities for career advancement.
