DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in handle accounting data entry and day to day operations in account and admin department. (SQL System & online banking - maker) • Assist maintaining accounting workflow. • Handle statutory audit / taxation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement. • Checking petty cash and issue reimbursement to requestor. • Liaise or coordinate with internal and external parties on the accounting and financial issues whenever it is required. • Checking invoices and process payment. • Assist in preparation of full set of accounts. • Updated admin task (Renewal MOF, CIDB, COMPANY VECHICLE) • Provide administrative support to colleagues and management • Maintain proper maintenance of accounting records and filling. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
