Communicate with customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, then follow up on leads. Activate company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads. Maximize sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers’ needs. Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional information and managing customers’ expectations. Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment. QUALIFICATIONS To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have: Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, or Mass Communication. Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. A knack for quickly understanding information and assessing customers’ requirements. Having a background in corporate training is a bonus. A preference for being indoors.
