Project Manager/ Executive

• Develop project plans based on the defined scope, set clear milestones, and oversee successful execution to ensure on-time delivery, high-quality outcomes, and exceptional customer satisfaction. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication, promptly addressing queries, and fostering strong client relationships. • Collaborate with internal data and call centre teams (both locally and regionally) to ensure seamless project execution and operational efficiency. • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards. • Prepare project reports and ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics. • Plan and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. • Provide support to regional project managers and sales leaders as needed, contributing to the successful delivery of assigned projects. • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the team and achieve organizational goals.
