Responsibilities: 1. Brand / Product Management: - Develop strategies and marketing campaigns which are driven by market through multiple channels to ensure the product and service meets both consumer’s expectation. -Adapt brand strategies and practices excellence in execution of integrated ATL, BTL, Event / Out-Of-Home and Digital initiatives. -Oversee and supervise all creative materials, which includes advertising, design and events to make sure the consistency in branding. -Manage New Product Development of assigned brand / product category. A&P Management to keep track on the brand A&P and maintains the proper margin. 2. Marketing / Trend Analysis: -Constant monitoring of the marketing activities in the trade -Analyse category and competitor performance. -Preparation of Marketing reports -Understand product details and perform training to internal and external personnel if necessary. 3. Inventory & Operation: -Handle Inventory management for respective brand and Marketing initiatives. -Ensure sufficient stocks for all promotion and campaigns. -Support all on-ground executions. 4. Administrative and Ad-Hoc Projects: -Handle relevant marketing administrative tasks. -Support tactical / ad-hoc marketing activities or projects to support the success of business objectives. Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Commerce/Marketing/Business or equivalent 2. Minimum 2 years of work experiences in product/brand management preferable in FMCG or relevant industry. 3. Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills and positive working attitude 4. Possess good communication and presentation skills Possess own transport.
