Production Operator

• Perform daily manufacturing activities and processes (ex. material mixing, product sorting / feeding, packaging, palletizing, cleaning, etc.) in accordance to the standard operating procedures and work instructions. • Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment efficiently and safely. Observe machine operations to ensure the outputs are meeting the quality standards. • Remove or shift materials and or finished products to facilitate the entire production flow or processes. • Perform regular and routine machine, equipment and work area cleaning and housekeeping as directed by superior. • Follow the food safety controls and policies as well as GMP practices and maintains the cleanliness and good housekeeping of the working environment. • Monitor production machineries performance and report any abnormality to superior before causing any major disruption to the production. • Identify and report unsafe operations or activities to superior immediately. • Conduct on-the-job training or provide guidance to other operators as and when directed by superior. • Report problems with regards to the FSMS to superior/ FSTL. • To assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
