Purchasing Executive

-Manage and coordinate procurement activities – monitoring supplier and client from delivery till goods received. -Seek best possible suppliers with most reasonable pricing and quality based on required budget plan. -Finding cost savings for procurement of company products & materials. -Handle pricing negotiation and maintain good relationship with suppliers and clientele. -Review inventories and minimize out-of-stock situations. -Compile monthly data and reports for stock procured. -Ensure PO, DO, GR and any other related documents are in order for end month closing. -Assist the Purchasing Manager or Top Management with any other given task whenever required. -Require great attention to details of products & materials. -Have understanding of math and analytical skills. -Work independently with minimal supervision from the Manager. -Able to guide and supervise subordinates (if any) -Good communication skills (written & verbal) -Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001 is an advantage -At least 2-5 working experience, preferably with knowledge of Quarry Sector Materials.
