Senior Manager, Privacy Responsibilities · You need to work with key stakeholders such as local privacy teams to implement and enhance privacy controls in new projects and initiatives · You are responsible to assist the Group Privacy Team in monitoring local business compliance with data privacy requirements across all regions, identify non-compliance risks and work with stakeholders to develop a programme of activity to address such risks. · You need to provide data privacy advice for group projects and issue · You need to monitor and update the requirements of new data protection legislation and regulations · You need to undertake gap analysis to identify risks and develop remedial action · You need to perform and review the privacy impact assessment for the personal data processing activities Job Requirements · Degree in law, cybersecurity or information technology would be an advantage. · Experience in handling local data privacy laws covering multiple jurisdictions especially ASEAN (including PDPA, PDPL, PIPL, Personal Data Ordinance). · At least 3-5 years of data privacy relevant working experience in handling and monitoring data privacy and protection (not total work experience) Experience in financial institutions would be an advantage. · Experience in a legal, audit, or risk management role would be an advantage. · Preferably certified in at least one data privacy (i.e., CIPP A/E, CIPM, CIPT, GISP) · Knowledge in using OneTrust platform would be an advantage.
