Environment Engineer

• Participate in project development team (design, build and operate) in solid waste management facility in compliance with local DOE regulations that meets clients requirements in South East Asia Region. • Liaise with authorities and governmental offices regarding EPA matter. • Provide technical assistance in the daily operation of solid waste management facility. To identify and review any potential compliance issues arising from the analysis. • Organize and monitor Schedule Waste Management and conforming to government regulations and ensuring regular site inspections and environmental sampling and analysis is carried out. • Assist in performing environmental compliance audits and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with local regulation. • Provide technical support and guidance for troubleshooting service. • Preparation of environmental reports and tracking department performance against environmental key performances indicators and targets. • Maintain an effective administration system, ensuring that all environmental checks are recorded and records maintained as per environmental system requirements • To demonstrate flexibility and able to perform preventive maintenance task. • Effectively manage working week to meet reporting and task completion deadlines. • Attend to field work to investigate the nature and extent of soil, sediment, groundwater, and other media contamination. • Preparation environmental report. • Assist in the review and apply local, state, and federal regulations to determine requirements for permit modifications. • Attend to clients and Department of Environment (DOE) meetings/ discussion. • Follow precise procedures and demonstrate thoroughness in performing job tasks and assignments. • Candidate with 3D CAD design skill is preferred enabling participation in project design and development works using 3D Cad software and other simulation tools, prepare and/or review engineering plans and designs for civil works, structures, facilities and/or systems, provide assistance in design reviews of project and made modification to designs according to client's and governmental bodies standard to comply with local regulation and to deliver design that is safe, low- cost and efficiency in operation.
