WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be based either in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO, Perak working closely with our Audiology and Integrated Healthcare Team WHAT YOU WILL DO: 1. Audiological Assessments • Lead the conduct of thorough audiological assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' hearing and balance disorders. 2. Hearing Technology and Adjustments: • Provide advanced expertise in fitting and adjusting hearing aids and hearing technology to ensure optimal functionality and comfort for patients. 3. Tinnitus Evaluation and Management: • Lead the assessment and management of patients experiencing tinnitus, offering appropriate interventions and counseling. 4. Balance and Vestibular Assessments: • Perform and supervise assessments related to balance and vestibular function, contributing to the development of tailored rehabilitation plans. 5. Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team: • Lead collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists, to ensure integrated patient care. 6. Patient Education: • Develop and implement educational programs for patients and their families on hearing health, rehabilitation strategies, and the proper use and care of hearing aids. 7. Documentation and Record Keeping: • Ensure accurate and detailed records of audiological assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress. 8. Participation in Training and Development: • Lead training sessions and professional development activities for the audiology team. 9. Contribution to Quality Improvement Initiatives: • Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs. 10. Collaborative Research Opportunities: • Lead and engage in collaborative research opportunities to contribute to advancements in audiology and rehabilitation practices. 11. Other Duties as Assigned: • Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the employer REQUIRED QUALITIES Bachelor's degree in Audiology Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills. MIN BASIC SALARY : RM5500
