Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development

3. Collaboration and Feedback

  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to understand online sales goals and create effective designs.
  • Revise and adapt designs based on analytics and performance feedback to improve engagement and sales.

4. Research and Trends

  • Stay updated on e-commerce design trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to create impactful content.
  • Research best practices for product presentation and digital marketing visuals.

5. File and Asset Management

  • Maintain organized files for online campaigns, ensuring assets are easily accessible for future use.
  • Prepare web-optimized files to meet platform-specific technical requirements.

Requirements

1. Education and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing (internship experience is acceptable).

2. Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or Lazada/Shopee seller portals) is an advantage.

3. Key Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to create high-quality, visually appealing designs.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative visuals that align with e-commerce trends.

4. Soft Skills

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with the e-commerce team and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
