Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development
- Create designs for digital media, including website banners, product images, social media graphics, and online advertisements tailored for e-commerce platforms.
- Design engaging visuals for promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers to increase online traffic and conversions.
- Develop graphics for email marketing, newsletters, and online product catalogs.
2. E-Commerce-Focused Visuals
- Optimize product images and graphics for e-commerce platforms, ensuring clarity and appeal.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to create promotional materials that align with online marketing strategies and enhance user experience.
3. Collaboration and Feedback
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to understand online sales goals and create effective designs.
- Revise and adapt designs based on analytics and performance feedback to improve engagement and sales.
4. Research and Trends
- Stay updated on e-commerce design trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to create impactful content.
- Research best practices for product presentation and digital marketing visuals.
5. File and Asset Management
- Maintain organized files for online campaigns, ensuring assets are easily accessible for future use.
- Prepare web-optimized files to meet platform-specific technical requirements.
Requirements
1. Education and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing (internship experience is acceptable).
2. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or Lazada/Shopee seller portals) is an advantage.
3. Key Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create high-quality, visually appealing designs.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative visuals that align with e-commerce trends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
