Job Description: Social Media: · Oversee and handle the social media accounts of businesses as part of the marketing and communication strategy. · Create engaging content for the target audience to drive sales, maintain an online presence and get the maximum value from various social media platforms. · Manage social media accounts and ensure the consistency of all content with the company’s messaging and values. · Repurpose and optimize content for various platforms. · Monitor and analyze user metrics and engagement. · Maintain a secure database of login credentials for all social media Digital Marketing: · Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. · Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media. · Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness. · Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.). · Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels. · Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website. · Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.). · Maintain partnerships with company’s partners and vendors. Job Requirement: · At least a SPM or Diploma in Marketing/Advertising, Business or related fields. · Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage. · Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English and Bahasa Malaysia. · Energetic, fun, love to talk and enjoy in front of camera. · Digital savvy, Graphic Designing skills, product photography, video-editing & in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (i.e.: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) · Ability to work independently and under pressure. · Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices. · Energetic, digital savvy and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (i.e.: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) · Must have your own transportation and travel to CIC of Group work center for video shootings. · Comfortable appearing on-screen is a plus. · Self-starter that shows strong initiative and passion for producing engaging content.
