To manage the overall day-to-day operations of administration department that includes but not limited to the following:- (i) prepare invoices, delivery orders & quotations (ii) submission of weekly vendors' reports & claims through email & partners' portal (iii) tracking & submission of rebates/bonuses from suppliers (iv) ensure rebates/bonuses received by company by collaborating with accounts executive (v) proper record keeping & filing of documents (vii)ensure proper management of accounting software (auto count) in terms of inventory management 2.
