Camp Supervisor(Based in Gabon, Africa)

We are seeking an eager, motivated Camp Supervisor to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the logging such as planning scheduling , supervising, management, reporting, analysing of the operations by focusing on increasing productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and maximizing our vehicle usage, in compliance with the Group’s prevailing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this company based at Gabon, Africa (2 years Contract) . Job Description: -To manage the full spectrum of the logging operations -To taking care of the Company assets -Plan and implement a preventative maintenance program for all vehicles -To ensure all Drivers are taking care of the machineries such as bulldozer, caterpillar and logging truck -Source for Chain-saw Contractor and make sure the Chain-Saw Contractor agreement must be briefed. -To arrange lodge in the bush for Graders -Communicate with forestry personnel regarding forest harvesting and forest management plans, procedures, and schedules -To monitor logging workers to ensure that safety, rules and regulations of the prevailing Company’s policy are followed Requirements: -Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. -Preferable with Possess more than 5 years working experience in logging operations. -Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. -Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities. -Able to travel to Gabon for 2 years contract. -Motivate toward career growth and learning -Leadership and interpersonal skills -Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Job summary Applicants, who are interested in joining us, please provide your information to our contact at Tel: +60 16-207 5613 or email: [email protected]
